The architecture of VALOARA Premium Nest is sculptural, clean-lined, and timeless. The pavilion is designed above all to frame the surrounding nature—serving as an elegant sanctuary that allows the landscape to take center stage.
The villa’s asymmetrical roofline creates a modern silhouette that adapts naturally to the Nordic terrain. The dark, deep wooden facade blends the structure seamlessly into both winter's crown snow and summer's forest and lakeside landscapes.
The long ribbon window in the living area and the chamfered accent window in the sleeping alcove are positioned to capture natural light beautifully, unveiling calming vistas that shift with the hours and seasons.

Though the footprint is compact at under 30 square meters, meticulous space planning yields an interior that feels open and filled with light. Every detail is conceived for effortless maintenance, making the pavilion an ideal choice for high-end short-term hospitality.
Living and kitchen: A seamless floor plan integrates the lounge and dining areas. The clean-lined, recessed open kitchen offers full functionality without ever imposing on the serene ambiance of the living space.
Sleeping spaces: The bed is perfectly positioned against a grand window, inviting the landscape directly inside. The sleeping alcove can be easily secluded from the main room with heavy, premium drapery that enhances acoustic comfort and provides intimate privacy.
